Return Policy
Credit granted for an authorized return will be based on the original purchase price & is subject to a 25% restocking fee. With a receipt, stock items may be returned in the same packaging & condition within 60 days. Any refund due will be processed in the same manner as the original payment. Sorry, no refunds will be issued without a receipt. Opened pallets of pavers & wallstones are subject to management approval before a refund can be issued. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for special orders &/or non-stock items. All clearance items and discounted products are final sale, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Our Earth ‘n Wood Locations do not accept the return of Natural Stone, Pre-Cast Wall + Patio stone, and Railroad Ties.
Additional Patio & Paver Return Policies:
Pavers: Pavers are sold by the square foot or full pallet with a minimum purchase of 1 section or 1 layer, depending upon the product. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fees:
Wallstone: Wallstone is sold by the piece (minimum 1 unit) or by the square foot (minimum 1 pallet) depending upon the product. Returns are based upon the minimum saleable quantity & are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Pallets: A $20.00 pallet deposit fee is charged on all Unilock & Oberfields purchases. $18.00 of the deposit is refundable when a pallet is returned in good condition. All paver & stone products must be returned within 60 days of purchase & accompanied by a receipt.
